MixxedFit is a fun, people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning.

Cost is $20 per person (adults only) and includes a 45 minute dance class with a fabulous instructor who leads a high-energy, fun class that is a great workout and will leave you feeling euphoric! Wear comfortable workout clothes, sneakers, and bring water.  Start time is 7pm sharp, please arrive by 6:50.
