What is the Consignment Sale? 

The LexFUN! Consignment Sale has become one of the Boston area’s favorite and largest one-day consignment events, bringing in groups from all over the region in search of bargains for children’s clothing and gear. Hundreds of buyers and sellers are brought together under one roof in Lexington, Massachusetts for a fantastic one-day event offering thousands of gently used, high quality baby and children’s clothes (newborn to size 12), gear and toys at very reasonable prices.Whether you sell with us, volunteer, or shop with us, the LexFUN! Consignment Sale has something for you!

All for a Good Cause

Help support local families in your community by shopping consignment! Not only do our registered sellers earn 50% of the proceeds of sold items, the remaining 50% goes to support the LexFUND! Community Fund, which provides monetary support to a variety of situations geared towards assisting families in need. Supporting the LexFUND!’s Preschool Scholarship Program is one area that money is allocated to from the LexFUND! Community Fund. This specific preschool scholarship program helps to provide financial assistance to preschool aged children of families by connecting them with opportunities to receive quality early education in order to support their child’s lifelong learning. Scholarships typically range from $250-$4,000 per family awarded. Since our scholarship fund was founded, LexFUN! has awarded over $300,000 to local families. 

In 2024, sales from our consignment event reached record levels and totaled to $91,492, allowing for scholarship recipients to receive even more support. If you’d like to find out more about the LexFUND! Preschool Scholarship Fund and ways LexFUN! gives back to the community, please visit HERE. 

Document your tax deduction. Within a few days after the sale you will receive an email notifying you that sales data has been uploaded to your account. To access this information, visit www.myconsignmentmanager.com/lexfun and log in as a "Returning Seller." Then in the middle of the page under "Make a Selection for Your Next Step," click on "View Settlement Report" to see your total. You can see what items sold and for how much, as well as your grand total. Then you can print off the list of what didn’t sell and use that documentation for your tax receipt. It is important that you print this list by Saturday, May 4, 2024 because Settlement Reports are only available for two weeks after the sale (at which point the sale is archived in the My Consignment Manager system).
