Events & Drop-In Play Activities
LexFUN! hosts regular child-focused activities including drop-in activities, playground meet-ups, and our enrichment based Winter/Summer FUN! play activities. We offer several family centered events including the Fall Festival, Halloween Parade, the Puppet Show, plus other member exclusive events throughout the year. LexFUN! also strives to promote social connections among parents including Moms'/Dads' Night Out, Parents' Night Out, The White Elephant gift exchange, and adult focused events.
Regular Drop-In Play Activities
- Drop-in Play center*, Fall through Spring – preschoolers, toddlers, babies and their parents and caregivers come to play, explore and learn in a huge indoor play area filled with age appropriate toys and activities.
- SummerFUN!*, weekly outdoor play, arts and crafts for mommy and me, dads and caregivers.
- Playground meet-ups with other LexFUN! Families and their little ones in an informal setting.
* Our Drop-in Play center and SummerFUN! program are FREE for members and non-members are welcome for a small fee.
Playgroups
LexFUN! Playgroups are a way to connect with other parents with children of the same age. Parents are grouped by neighborhood, child’s age and availability, contact details are passed on and it’s then up to the group to arrange the time and place for meet-ups.
Annual Family Events
- Include events such as the LexFUN! Halloween Parade, Puppet Show, and Barn Babies petting zoo plus many more!
Family Outings
- Such as movie mornings, Family bowling and more.
Parent Social Events
- Moms'/Dads' Night Out, Spa Night, the ever popular Date Night for Parents, and more.
Community Involvement Events
- Cradles to Crayons Winter Clothing Sorting Drive, PMC Lexington Kids Ride for Cancer, Lexington Food Pantry Donations and our award-winning Consignment Sale.
